again, it strikes me from Bard Ecker's comments that there may not be a fixed minimum asking price where SAAB can be bought... like an ebay listing where the lister increases the reserve after it has been met or something crazy like that...
I think GM has realized it is worth more to them to sell the NG9-5 as a Buick due to the complexities of severing 9-5 to sell to another buyer + also that there may be issues GM would like to bury. So they say "bring more money" and that amount of money is undisclosed + unclear + not likely there... ie the negotiation is a farce... but of course this is all speculation... we may never know unless someone involved in the actual negotiations spills the beans... Ecker's the closest so far...
