The op-com is not a handheld, it's a laptop interface, and it does NOT support any of the fancy features on the 9-5. Despite rumour, it is not at all a replacement for the Tech II.

That's this linked device in case you are looking at a similar unit. A lot of sellers advertise it for Saab as well - it will do SOME neat stuff on a 9-3 but very little more than a generic OBD reader on a 9-5.
