Check warranties, too.
I'd also lean towards the Kobalt. Check to make sure that the torque spec isn't a typo.
Oh - and more likely, the MAC tools are re-branded Kobalt! Snap-On used to do that years ago. A lot of their "Blue-Point" (or whatever...) tools looked suspiciously like Black & Decker tools, and you just knew that B&D was the OEM.
Of course, from whence the Kobalt tools come from is also debatable...
