Anyone used Rim & Wheel Works?

They are in Waltham, MA.
They seem like they know what they are doing. I have two rims that need minor straightening and I can drive to these guys for while-I-wait service (2-3 hours) versus demounting the tires, packing up the rims, shipping them in two direcions, then remounting again. Looks like about $130 a rim, including new mount and balance.
But I don't want to use them unless I know they are OK.
There's supposedly a place in Keene, NH, but their web site makes me think they are just guys who use a big hammer.
