The wagon factor isn't especially necessary; I actually am looking more into the sedans. I actually didn't leave the Saab family, since I have a '00 9-3 SE convertible with 15k miles on it, but it will be great to get a Saab for a daily driver. The Volvo was too common and I didn't particularly like how good it was at draining the pocketbook. I got out of it before the next timing belt assembly etc. change was due because it was the 5 cylinder.
With the 9-5's, should I avoid the 6cyl models? I know there is a 2003 Arc sedan here locally for about $8k and it has 60,700 miles on it. The timing belt most likely would need to be changed, but it would be the Saab complimentary one, correct? Would it be of interest to check this one out, or avoid it completely?
Any specific model years of the 9-3 or 9-5 to avoid?
