An auto upholstery shop could easily fix it. You might want to call a local premium car dealer (or maybe even Swedish Imports) to see who they use or recommend in your area.
If you want to tackle it yourself, you'll really need access to the back of the seat covering to make it look good. I'm not sure how the 9-5 works, but you'll likely either need to remove hog rings or cut off the fittings. If you cut them off or don't want to deal with the hog rings, zip ties are really good at re-attaching the seat cover. I was able to fine a nice waxed thread that was a good match at a local fabric shop.
A quick and dirty way is to use a J needle and just go from the top, but it really won't look as good as removing the seat cover. Either way, if you're not handy with a needle, enlisting a wife or mother who is can be very helpful.
