put in 1.5 liters of fluid. The stuff is pretty affordable.
I bleed my 9K RR>LR>RF>LF, but others may use a different sequence. I use this pattern in the theory you start farthest from the MC and work in. I'm not actually sure it matters in practice.
When I want to flush everything, like for a track day or or a bi-ennial system flush, I use a liter, but sometimes wish for more. You might want to have 2 liters on hand, half in one big bottle, the rest in smaller ones so you can return what you don't use.
Not sure what to tell you about the pumping approach, given your circumstance. I'd avoid it, personally.
