From Ari's CPO post back in 2006: It is the same bumper-to-bumper as the original, and it is no questions asked if you get the work done at a dealer.

Today, picking car up after dealer's investigation of long warranty complaint list, Service Rep says CPO is NOT the same coverage as original warranty. WHAT? Yes, long standing Saab dealer here in Phila suburbs, refused fix of confirmed radio flaw because it is one of the items not included in the CPO.

At home I called Saab USA, and the pleasant woman kind of confirmed that not everything on the original warranty was covered under CPO, but had no specifics, and, there was no list available to send me. Very politely offered to look into my complaint with the dealer.

Any of you Saab guys who know the rules or at least how your shop handles CPO, care to comment? Anyone else get rejected on expected coverage?

I have looked all over, and cannot find Saab literature saying anything other than generic warranty is extended, etc, etc. NO note of lesser coverage.
