and have a 50/50 rating for dealing with them.

they sent 4 moog bj's all well and good ($15/ea cheaper than saab euro ones). problem is, one had stamped in cap instead of solid like oem (and the other 3).

i ordered a replacement and requested a return on the odd one. i asked if they were in stock in cali as i needed it by the weekend (now getting to rush shipping stage as car was alread in shop).

was told yes, in stock. all good so i order. days go by, no part... turns out it wasn't in cali, and they had decided to ship from pa warehouse. ups ground. which did me no good at all.

i ended up ordering the 4th ball from autozone. i did eventually get a refund for the first returned ball joint. the replacement never showed up, and i had to file a dispute with the cc company to get that credited.

all is ok now, and they were apologetic about the problems. they did seem to have a lot of items for the C900, but some of their names for parts are a little different than you might expect. transmission side cover gaskets for instance took awhile to find.

they say they do match prices, and they will ask you where and when you saw the better price. some are much lower, some much higher, so bear that in mind when pricing.

i will try them again, when i don't have a time issue however. hope the info is of some use to you!

mark :-)
