Lest anyone find the films confusing, I should mention that until the 14th of September, 1967, the Swedes drove on the left side of the road, even though their cars had the driver sitting on the left. 14/9/1967 was called _Ho"ger Dag_ ("Right Day") when they began a month long process of changing over to driving on the right side of the road by banning all private car traffic for a day while crews went out to turn all the signs around. This also confused viewers of some of the classic Ingmar Bergman films such as _Smutronsta"llet_ ("Wild Straberries"), in which the elderly professor is driving a 1930s Packard and almost collides with a VW -- it is the VW which had wandered over to the wrong side of the road, not the professor's Packard.
