wheel scratched after visit to Sears Auto

Was up in Boston this weekend, and drove back to DC Sunday afternoon. I didn't realize how bad the front tires were until I got to Boston, so I stopped in New London, CT at a Sears Auto the have four new tires put on. This was just the nearest place I could find (called a friend and had them check Sears website for shops near I-95).
Anyway, paid about $650 for four new tires and an alignment. Tires were about $120 each. Then I drove the remaining distance down I-95 to DC. I just looked carefully at the rear wheels for the first time. There are three or four big scratches that were not there when I dropped the car off at Sears. I know, because I had to put a spare on in Boston (the tire was that worn from a bad alignment) and I looked at every wheel.
Would I have any luck with the local Sears Auto? How much does it cost to recondition one of these Aero wheels? The scratches seem to be just in the paint, not the metal.
