Many if not all the major auto parts stores (Pepboys, Autozone and Advance Auto Parts) carry this oil. My local Walmart has it too. I usually get mine on package deal sales for ~$30 for 5 qts and an oil filter.

The Castrol Syntec European Formula 0-30, available from the same stores also meets ACEA: A3/B3, A3/B4 specs. I bought a jug of Rotella T6 when it went on sale recently, have not used it yet though.
