I'm really excited to find myself being wrong - it's nice to see their plans to open extended diagnostics to end-user. But what I quite dislike - it's their intention to move controls to touch-screen. It's Saab, it isn't Tesla or Honda - serious boys do not go with touch-screened Lumix but go with Leica also cause of their knobs and dials and other controls, that's what real ergonomics is like. Did you notice he missed that pause/play button? that's what I'm talking about.
There must be an ignition key or start button. There must be real knobs for climate control. When pushing a button I must hear a feel a real click, not one emulated with built-in speaker (boy, I hate my samsung cell phone - and mostly cause of its sensor keyboard).
Surely there can be a touch-screen system in a car, but only for auxiliary
system: satnav, internet access and such.
