On my way to the airport Wednesday morning. Was rear ended by a pickup truck in my new to me 2007 sport combo.
Bumper completely smashed, rear hatch dented in ( was able to open to get luggage out ) but could not close the door for it to latch closed. Cargo floor bent up. Any opinions on whether this scenario is "write-off-able, or fixable"? I'd rather they write-off the car. Or any idea as to the cost of fixing? No idea yet on damage under the car.
Any tips dealing with insurance company?
Thanks!
