There are multiple online suppliers where you can get the bulbs from between 30-60 cents, if bought in multiples of 10. You'll probably pay about $12 in shipping, but that still comes out to $1 per bulb or less. You'll just have to match the bulb up with the size, style, and electrical specs of industry standard bulbs. You don't mention the model of car, but if you ask for info on that specific board, someone has probably done most of the work already.
