Just how much influence his death has on Al Qaeda is TBD, but aceing this guy is all good.
I'm concerned about "retaliatory attacks," but more attacks are going to happen irrespective of OBL being alive or dead. And I expect we'll soone be treated to a video tape that was intended to be released after his death, calling his brainwashed minions to action.
In 1942, referring to the British victory over the German Afrika Korps at the Second Battle of El Alamein in Egypt, Winston Churchill said, "Now this is not the end. It is not even the beginning of the end. But it is, perhaps, the end of the beginning."
The end of OBL may be much the same.
