You can drive HWY 101 on pretty much the whole coast. The whole thing is cool but the southern coast is my favorite, high cliffs. Going south to Manzanita is pretty high up too(Central coast). It was a lot more pretty than northern cal which is HWY 1 which was too many turns so we got inland to HWY 101, that was after the Redwoods which was great!
