I have ordered from them. They are just an affiliate for thepartsbin.com. Customer service is out of someone's bedroom or something. I gave them a couple chances, would not order from them again - their catalog is inaccurate, which means when you call to get a part replaced they have zero ability to get you the correct part. What you see they see, so when you return rotors for a 2001 Isuzu Axiom because they sent you brakes for s 2001 Isuzu Rodeo, they happily reship another box of Rodeo brakes. Duh.

I have ordered mountains of stuff from thepartsbin.com and never had any issues whatsoever, but if it's available, rockauto.com beats everyone hands down. Superb prices, great service, and people you can actually talk to when you have a problem. Sometimes it's worth checking out Amazon.com, too - they have a decent selection of car parts. Prices are not as good as rockauto.com, but if you have Amazon Prime the fast cheap shipping often makes up the difference. Advance Auto Parts is also an option IF you get one of their good $40 off $100 etc. coupon codes... for controlled price items like K&N air filters the deal cannot be beat. They also frequently have specials that are insane - I just ordered three PureONE oil filters for my Solstice for - stand back - $1 (and $8 shipping). You just really need to check their prices against rockauto or amazon or something.
