So, I didn't know this was possible but... A couple weeks ago I was on a trip and took some Wegmans apple juice, 1 liter plastic bottle. I drank about half of it straight out of the bottle, then I put it on the floor behind the drivers seat. I forgot about it for a couple weeks, until today when I was cleaning out my car. The bottle was completely blown up like a balloon, normally its kind of a rectangular hard-plastic container. So I put it in a garbage can and then shook it around a little. BOOM, it exploded with a pretty large amount of force. Pretty sure everyone in the neighborhood was wondering what happened. I now have rotten apple juice on me, sort of has a cider / alcohol odor. The apple juice is supposed to be pasteurized, I wonder if drinking some of it introduced some bacteria that then fermented while the bottle was under the drivers seat? Glad that didn't happen while I was driving.
