I bought my CPO 9-5 Aero in 2004 from a newly-minted Saab "dealership" that was basically just a small showroom tacked on to to a large Caddy franchise. No one there had the foggiest idea of what they were doing, as far as Saabs were concerned. When I bought the car, they wouldn't lift a finger to help me make a deal for buying 4 additional (snow) tires/wheels. (Bought 4 steelies and 4 new Nokias from my local dealer the day after I took delivery...)

Good thing I had done my research - Iris report, etc. Ended up being a great car, but the tiny amount of interaction I had with this out of town "dealer" (90 miles away) was uniformly terrible. Went there twice: once to see the car, snd once to pick it up. The entire dealership went under 2 years later...
