The NDO is helping, but a spokesperson for Youngman is denying that they are (or even want to) pull out of the deal between Saab, Pang Da and Youngman. If the NDO does plan to sell all those shares to another Chinese car company, then that could possibly muddy the waters in having the NRDC finish the approval process next month as had been expected. This *may* be good news, but any more uncertainty in the process may not be good for Saab trying to move on with the reconstruction.
I think we just have to watch and hope it works out for the best so Saab can move ahead with paying the suppliers, restarting production, and continue with development of the new 9-3 replacement.
