Probably around $700.00 parts and labor all depending on what the lower radiator hose area looks like. That hose is a bear to replace and if everything is corroded up there by the engine block, you never know where it is going to end.
Without the lower radiator hose, the job is easier. The lower hose doesn't go bad as often as the upper and it is actually another hose up by the engine block (heater hose) that burst much easier than the lower radiator hose on a V6 engine.
