You can use the Zerex/Valvolin G05 which they probably sell all over. That one is compatible with the Saab coolant.
The blue Saab coolant have a tendency to turn toward green when old. I have noticed that when draining the cooling system.
Since Saab just recently has superseded their blue G48 coolant (P/N 0268177) to GM's yellowish coolant 12378560 you cold probably find that one too and use in your car.
We believe that the GM coolant might be the G05 due to it's color and similar chemical mixture as the blue G48.
