c900 (have 2): it's a polarizing design + it's also an iconic design for saab... imho the spg is the best looking, but even the sedans imho look great... the front end is fantastic... the back end could be a little less "angular" but think about what cars looked like back in the 80's... the SPG looked like it came from the future!
9000: love the back end of the late model hatch versions... best hatch ever! the front end is bland, no clamshell, the older hatch versions look like the hatch glass is kind of bulbous to me... they forgot the key goes in the center...
ng900/9-3: later ones look great to me, but no clamshell... the older ones in particular don't seem to exude quality style-wise... ie they have some elements that remind me of cheaper hatchbacks, even though they are great cars...
9-5 (have one): looks fantastic for the time... not so keen on dame edna... interior is not as nice as the c900 or 9000...
and 9-3ss looks nice, but less saaby + more trying to compete with the germans... the wagon's rear end is similar to other modern hatches that remind me of minivans... I like the 9-5 wagon rear end better...
the new 900/9-3 sketch, at least in profile, looks fantastic! the best ever imho! hope they can get one out to market!
but BMW... well, the X6 could be worse (NISSAN JUKE!!)... but I agree, they could learn a lot about styling of hatches from saab!
