I too have seen this ad. Curiously, the grip lever handle on the left side is for reverse, while the next lever over is to engage the tines, so you actually have to take your left hand off the handle and desperately grab for the tine control lever if you want the thing to stop. The lever on the right is for throttle. Personally it would be a bit easier and safer to control if they had a right side grip lever for forward(tines) so you don't have to lose control if you want it to stop. Maybe ill modify it once I get it going again. Sure is a lot of work for using it a few hours a year, but fixing the old stuff has a certain satisfaction about it doesn't it? IE - Saabs.
