The "for parts" clause gets you out of any crap. When one buys a vintage Mustang, for example, from the junkyard, you buy the VIN, and that's it...it could be missing a transmission for example...thus un-inspectable within 7 days.
It ain't too shady a' deal either...the buyer reads the agreement, and signs. IF he thinks he's getting a reliable car for under 800, he's got other issues that ain't your fault.
