I have a 2010 9-5 with the Nav and hard drive system. The stereo/hard drive is very nice. I have hours of music loaded in it, and it works well. Sound is excellent. An easy to use system.
Nav is pretty good with the usual nav system gripes. Once in a while, it will try to take you the wrong way. [but so does my Garmin].
On the whole, more good points than bad. It is better than a lot of them, but still not up to a Garmin Nuvi for ease of use. If the car has a heads up display, all the nav data shows up there. It is very handy at night.
The car is fantastic. No complaints on that score at all. (except for the warranty thing, but I knew that might be a possibility going into the deal.]
You will like the sound system a lot, and the Nav pretty well, and the car is perhaps the nicest car I have ever owned. Driving in Comfort range seems to get better mileage.
