If you could think of a suburb of Moscow were the New Rich lived, and tried to out do each other with the display of their of their wealth, I thing that would do it.
W. H. Smith is a British retailer that got its start as a news agent. The point Clarkson is makes is that a SAAB is so different from the Vauxhall that it was derived from, that taking it to a Vauxhall dealer for service is pointless. The same as taking the SAAB to a department store for service.
