I ordered and received a used turbocharger from Saab Performance Parts (http://www.saabperformanceparts.com) in May 2012. I received the turbocharger (which worked as expected), and the instructions I was given were to return the old one upon receipt of the new one. I was to receive a $100. credit for the old core. The core was duly returned to the address indicated, and Canada Post Tracking indicates that it was received at the intended destination on June 2, 2012 at 16:44 hours.

Since that time, no credit has appeared on my VISA statement. I have called and emailed a number of times regarding this, and no reply has been received.

So I put this forth as a caution to other potential customers of this supplier, and as a final request to Saab Performance Parts - please honour your commitment to me regarding the turbocharger core credit.
