Ok, so that makes it a little bit easier to grasp so now the question is how often it happens and if they can make it happen over and over again and how much time they are spending on the car.
Kind of sounds like an electrical issue and maybe ground cable problems or overcharging alternator problems.
Wonder what the readings on the Tech 2 is saying at the same time as the turbo gauge is acting up. Amp lamp and oil pressure light "might" be related to that the engine rpm is dropping so low to turn them on normally right before the engine draws is last breath
But it comes down to if the shop is actually looking at the car or if they have parked it somewhere to deal with it when they have time.
3 weeks sounds suspicious and I doubt they have had their top mechanic planted on the car for 3 weeks solid because then they would have found the problem by now.
Nothing is worse then when you have finished a car, sent it out and cashed the money and then it comes back for something else or maybe something related to what you did and you have to make room and tackle the car again while all other money makers are piling up waiting to be worked on.
That's a big suck factor when being a one man operation since you have no one to deal with the problem child while making some money on other cars as well.
