I just wonder with such an amazing number of 4S's sold aren't a lot of people locked up in two year commitments to those phones? I think Apple really had to release the iPhone 5 now with so many other phones already sporting bigger screens and 4G connectivity despite whatever their Total Available Market calculations might have been...

Don't get me wrong, you know me as a devout Apple fan boy, but I'm just wondering how realistic it is for them to sell enough iPhone 5's to affect GDP calculations as I've seen touted in the press lately.

I sure hope they do because I've got their stock in my portfolio.
