My initial thought was Stockholm to either Helsinki, Oslo, or Tallinn but they're all around 59-deg north latitude and Stockholm is around 200 miles from each.
The answer is, then, 'What are Berlin and Warsaw, Alex?' Both cities are at 52-deg north latitude and are about 245 miles apart.
I lived in Berlin forever ago so I knew that it was at 52-deg north latitude. The only question was did you have to go east to find a capital or west. Amsterdam is also at 52-deg north but is further from Berlin than Warsaw is. AMS is about 290 miles from Berlin.
