OT: preparing a will

I need to prepare wills for my wife and I. We're closing in on 36, have two small kids, and realize it's time to have a will and other "end of life" documents in order. We own a mortgage (har) and both have enough life insurance to cover all debts and have a good amount left over, along with retirement accounts and whatnot. Nothing huge though.
On one end of the spectrum are legalzoom.com and Quicken WillMaker (Quicken's got both death and taxes covered, good business plan). WillMaker is ~$50, not sure about legalzoom, or what other miscellaneous costs are associated with it. On the other end is going to a local attorney and having them draft it up. I'm sure that's several times more expensive but don't have a good feel for it.
Any advice? Thanks,
jeff
