I'm not sure if you are trying to glue the pieces together or fill in a gap after they are attached (or do both). 3M hss a whole line of products that can do this. The one I've used before for filling gaps and gluing is 3M Scotch Weld Adhesive. I've also used two part epoxy, but on a dashboard you have to be cognizant of the high and low temperatures it will be exposed to, as well as vibration.
I do not believe that Bondo by itself would be strong enough to hold the dividers in place.
JB weld also makes a line of products that one might suit your application.
