Not with the radio but with the SAS whale tail. Payment was requested immediately and they told me it would be 3 months to make the tail, they took my info and that was that. After 3months they sent me an e-mail to request shipping address confirmation, that e-mail was completely over looked and I plum forgot all about the item, 8more months went by and I realized 'hey I don't have the SAS whale tail, after contacting them and confirming address the tail was shipped out. Took 10 months from the time payment was made to item at the door. I'm not complaining at all, it was all my fault overlooking the e-mail, just stating its the longest time an item took to arrive.
