re-bending brake lines..? Posted by GFW3pedals [Email] (#405) [Profile/Gallery] (more from GFW3pedals) on Thu, 23 May 2013 07:22:11 Members do not see ads below this line. - Help Keep This Site Online - Signup |
Actually it's the metal clutch line,non-Saab. I assume it is the same metal type as brake line. RockAuto sent me the wrong master cylinder whereas the line connection and bleeder are reversed front to side 90 degrees. After multiple calls and them checking with the supplier, they actually agreed and will issue a full refund. I'll believe it when I see it in my account. Anyway they don't want the part back, and there's plenty of line to mess with and rebend to fit the other side of the master. If I get a line bender tool do you think this will work? I know it could end up costing me in the long run but ive got a free part here......
