You never know from car to car and gas brand to gas brand.
Probably? it will work.
You could disconnect the fuel line at fuel rail and squirt some out and smell it. If it still smell fairly normal, it is probably good. If it smells like varnish, it's bad and it might be clogging the injectors if not done already.
The old CIS injected cars were a lot more sensitive to bad gas since the fuel distributor and injectors would clog up easy but modern cars are a little bit better.
