Agree with the advice to not miss the Going to the Sun road. Logan Pass is pretty beautiful.

I've enjoyed my camping in the Two Medicine lake area more than anywhere else, but I know myself well enough to know that I like fewer people around!

Many Glacier is very beautiful and in close proximity to some great hiking (though most anywhere you find yourself in the park will have great hiking). The west side of the park (Kalispell area) has much more to offer in terms of amenities, restaurants, lodging, things going on... Depends on what you're looking for.
