As somewhat of a geezer, I used reel mowers 30-50 years ago. The only lawn I would now consider for a reel mower is a 10X10' patch. Sounds like the Fiskars is a nice unit, but it used to cost a small fortune to get these sharpened, you cannot let the grass get away from you which means cutting the grass 2-3X per week during the growing season, and if you encounter a stick in the grass you get a lawnmower handle firmly in the gut.
I do like the non polluting aspect of the reel, but practically using it on my 200X200' lot won't work. For a small lot, electric is great and makes about the same noise as a reel. I know in your case the decision has been made, but for others with small lawns, the only thing you need to worry about with electrics is finding a system that keeps you from cutting the extension cord. Quiet, inexpensive, and mostly maintenance free. And likely cheaper than the reel.
