If anyone would like to keep up with what @JustinHiFi and I have been up to lately, you can follow the development and progress of our build for the 2015 One Lap of America at the link on the bottom of this post.

The One Lap of America is the modern version of the Cannonball Run put on by Brock Yates JR, the son of former Car and Driver editor, racer, and filmwriter Brock Yates. We visit 9 race tracks in 7 days, competing against the clock at each track. We only get three laps and cannot drive the track before taking our laps. We transit between the tracks in the cars we race and no outside support is allowed. We must also start and finish on the same set of tires.

For this year we will be shedding some weight, changing our braking setup, adding some big aero to the car, and changing tire brand to Michelin from BF Goodrich.
