Alert on Saab Classic operation

Wanted to share a warning about Saabs for sale at the internet site Saab Classic in Staten Island. Often they have a number of 900 and 9000s on Ebay and through their own site. Recently purchased a 900 through them and it was a disaster. Since posting my story on that board, a number of others have reached out to share similar experiences. Therefore, wanted to get the word out to spare others going down same road.
Indeed I had the car shipped without first doing a live inspection. Was under something of a time situation. Still, it should not have been in such poor working order given the description.
Here is their game. Post dozens of pictures so you feel like you have a real good sense of the car. Play with photographic effects a bit. Liberally use paint on engine parts so they look new via the photos. Description catalogs great shape and recent work done.
My car overheats in 5 minutes and has no fifth gear. So much for the smooth shifting transmission that was described. Certified Saab mechanic here noted host of other issues: leaks, bad brakes, etc..
When informed of the condition, Saab Classic quickly countered that the inspecting mechanic mangled the car.
Watch out.
