Don't feed that Porsche too much salt! Man, we just got about an inch of snow, less than the 3 or 4 expected, and for whatever reason, the city felt they needed to cover the roads in salt. I was hoping to get a few more weeks of salt free driving in! The rule should be: >3" - plow it, <3" - leave it alone. The city would save millions of $$ doing this, and in fact, one year when we were at record levels of snow (and in a massive snowplow fund deficit), they did! And we were fine! Amazing...

I love winter, but I hate salt!
