Lots of factors / variables from if there are scheduling / capacity changes both by Delta and the general competition between the two points, expected demand one year to the next, demand difference by time of day, demand differences by day, demand differences between the months, (august is a big vacation month as after camps get out and before school goes back… plus big for college students going back to school), how far out trying to book. There may have also been a difference by day trying to book as may be right before or after fare changes by Delta or others and how closely others follow.

Plus interesting booked one ways last year. There may have been an imbalance in the direction passengers were wanting to fly at that time, especially if following a convention(s) or other like event in the Orlando area.
