Note that the parking in the structure that is next to the terminals starts at $33 per weekday (goes up depending on where you park or with valet service), so the difference on a two week trip will be huge. Contrary to what swedespeed7 said, Lot E is actually $19 per day, but Lot F is only $9 per day (but requires taking a bus to get to the train that goes to the terminal).
Yes, it's a complicated mess - download the very detailed rate sheet PDF by following the link. And sometimes the lot you might want, i.e. Lot E with the train station, will be full, so you have to allow extra time to park somewhere else and wait for a bus - this has caused at least one familial dispute of "we should have left earlier". It's gotten to the point that unless it's a very short trip, I usually take a cab from my house for about $35 each way.
Note that there are now also private lots that require a shuttle bus, but I have no experience with them.
