I've had one (9-2X Aero) since 2004 and have driven it hard since day 1. It's been my most fun Saab (Saabaru) I've ever owned and most reliable too. I'm at 90K with only the valve cover gaskets replaced.

Just remember, it's a high rpm car so you have to manage your rpms - keep 'em high (just like you would do with a Sonett, which I also own and drive - that one has a Ford V4).

I just got a ticket unfortunately. When the cop pulled me over, he told me I passed where he was parked doing 92 and it took him almost ten exits to catch up to me at which point there was traffic and I was only doing 80. He only wrote me up for 80. He was a good guy about it.

135 at 1am on an empty 101.
