I just did this last year on my Viggen but I can't remember what specific tools I used. I may have used a long profile combination wrench, striking it with a rubber mallet, to both loosen and tighten the bolts. I may have used a socket on a breaker bar to loosen, then used a socket on a torque wrench to tighten. Use of a torque wrench to tighten is my almost universal method.
