Most cheap alignment places will adjust the toe and call it a day. Most expensive alignment places will also adjust the toe and call it a day. It's really the only easily adjustable item on most Saabs. Camber and caster changes require hardware modifications most shops won't touch (and that are hopefully already in spec on your car). Your alignment is independent of tires/wheels and shouldn't need to be adjusted between different sets of ties/wheels
A good quality place will be more likely to properly advice you of worn components or other issue. If there's a guy in your area that services local high end car clubs or racing groups, that's your best bet for a little extra service, you can probably google around.
In terms of frequency, if your tires are wearing evenly and the car is driving as it should, there's really no need for an alignment. If you feel you're having issues, what are they? Does the printout say anything is out of spec? Is the steering wheel off-center - that's a screw up a lot of cheap places make!
