Walter may be a great guy for others, but not for me. My complaint is that I was essentially held hostage so that he could bill me a sizable amount twice for the same service. First, they ran my Bank of America debit card. And then they ran my Chase credit card, despite the fact that Bank of America customer service three times confirmed the initial transaction. Oh, and also despite the fact that I literally SHOWED them the processing debit in my B of A checking account. Walter told his employees to not let me leave. I was stunned but I gave them a second credit card and repaid the bill. So, now the problem they had with their computer system has become my problem; I have to spend my time making a series of calls to get reimbursed. By the way Walter was not on the premises to handle the problem. Out trick or treating, I guess. He left this unpleasantness to be handled by his very nice and well intentioned employees, William and Hugo. Here's the icing on the Cake. The car computer just alerted me that I need coolant. Checking fluids was the only reason I initially had brought my car in for service, not for the multitude of car sins that Walter found. Bottom line? King Walter may be all others say he is but you couldn't prove it by me. My next stop is Saabcentral. Then I'm on to Angie's List. Get it? I am still totally pissed.264
