Why does the spec say to back off and then retorque? Should I be doing that with the lug bolts on my Saab or that unique to the aluminum center lock?
The linked guy seems to be using a 3/4" drive 600 lb-ft torque wrench. Some use a multiplier as the spec is 600 N-m (442 ft-lb). Here's one using a costly Armstrong Torque Multiplier: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=GzpTU7lBxBA
