Hello,
Check out VIM Tools 9 piece metric stubby hex drive set shm400. They are cheap in price but work better than anyone. I used to swear by the Snap On gold colored hardened sockets for allen and torx uses but these vim ones work better and cost a lot less.
As far as the battery powered ratchets I have been using the 1/4 inch one for 4 or 5 years and they are great. Good Luck, Bernie
